The chart looks like a company that has just spent 4 weeks in court and the market got a little interested and then given that its know Feb for final submissions and then who knows how long before a decision is made has got bored and the share price is drifting.
MMX looks like something that given it is top 200 moves around with the dow and local market as portfolio's of those following indices are adjusted.
Neither companies volumes say anything more.
What you are saying is the MMX board is prepared to release information exclusively for the benefit of its large shareholders but not to the general shareholders.
Mmmmmm lts see I think that breaks a few laws and if your insider confirms that is what is going on then you should call ASIC and ASX.
Otherwise they are relying on the undertakings and word of the board. They may go and get the transcripts and make up their own mind.
But what do they do then. If the big boys sell out of MMX the price will tank so they are caught between a rock and a very hard place.
Paul has bet the farm here so its an all or nothing play for him to keep his job.
