Ann: Section 708(5) Notice, page-2

Well well. Look what we have here people.

If we examine the 708(5) cleansing notice just published , we can see all the standard sections re: issuance of securities without disclosure advice together with the standard disclaimers of there being NO " excluded information " which shareholders have not been advised of under ASX continuous disclosure requirements.

But what is interesting is what is contained in the bottom TWO sentences / paragraphs as per the italics below :-

As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” (as defined in Section 708A(7) and (8)of the Act), required to be disclosed by the Company, other than as set out below

As a junior exploration company, as part of the ordinary course of business the Company is continuallylooking for assets that are complementary to its existing operations or assessing potential transactionsthat will otherwise provide value to shareholders. Some of these potential transactions, may in thefuture, prove to be material and price sensitive.As at the date of this notice, the Company is in early stage discussions with regard to potential acquisitions of exploration assets. The negotiations areincomplete and confidential and there can be no certainty that any agreement or agreements will bereached, or that any transaction will eventuate.

So it would seem folks that we may in fact have some other Lithium acquisition news coming out of Ontario in the not to distant future.

My guess is it will be the Raleigh Lake Lithium Project held by International Lithium ( the same outfit who sold their 49% Mavis Lake to CRR ) .

I believe it to be the Raleigh Lake project for a number of reasons. a.) International Lithium has been very vocal on the divestment of already THREE of their lithium project ( 2 hard rock and 1 Brine ) - b.) The Raleigh Lake Lithium project is only 98 kilometres from CRR's Mavis Lake project , and c.) TWO Lithium projects make a TWIN mine operation , but THREE makes a Lithium HUB........
