to be fair - things have been coming together over the last couple of months. The enterprise saga has definitely dragged on- way before my time here. My only thought is that the budget would have been tighter pre CR and surveyors, lawyers, engineers all need money to get applications together.
Now that they are cashed up and have gotten one through COGCC, my expectations are far higher for speed.
We sure need something to stimulate the SP above the pre CR run up. once we break into the 7s, i think lots more investors will start positioning.
