shareholder meeting, page-2

Just returned from shareholder meeting. Returned home thinking about:

1) Plenty of technical and hands on know how within the team. Brian spoke like a man who can get a job done. I worry maybe INL lacking the risk management/financial expertise though required for a truly successful ASX listed company.

2) Plenty of promise in China. I would like to see Guang Ye with an aggressive strategy in taking equity positions in potential projects. This would add a new side to INL which would encourage share price rise. Sounds like once proven the technology will have a permanent home in China.

3) Intec technology can handle Scandium. Good if it turns out to be the next big thing in Fuel Cells...

4) Green's 50 million shares are not subject to escrow. Potential to be sold on market however unlikely.

5) We have shareholders within our INL who could perhaps join the board to provide a little depth and breadth of experience and skills. What do you say Greg? Put the fishing rod down once a month and head into the INL office for the board meeting?

6) INL technology still well ahead of the waste management technology curve. Issue is growing in importance both domestically and internationally.

7) Revenues up to 2011 will be modest. Costs neutral due to consulting fees. 2012 onwards revenues will climb.

8) No new capital raisings planned (apart from Green)
