As to why is interesting. Has one party developed different aims, or are they leaving themselves vulnerable for a takeover, which being the junior , means a big payday and retirement for the board.
Looking at the many pursuits of the current management over the years, with nary a mention once the hype settles, you do need clarification of said statement, or do holders need to be wary of some new development perhaps(?).
