pgamble76, I for one haven't presumed anything, management have done nothing to date, rights issue was being worked on at the last AGM according to management, it took 12 months to work out....thats clever management...JV were assumed a done deal according to management at the last AGM, along with funding for Rincon, the last 12 months these directors have achieved very little apart from issuing shares to YA, when they could have issued to share holders by way of rights issue they chose otherwise...clever management...JA at last AGM promised a turn around by March 2009 with positive cash flow...didn't happen...promises and lip service thats all share holders have received from these current directors...i still believe the board should be replaced with experienced directors who know how to negotiate better out comes for share holders rather than sell there share holders short..

These current directors including JA decided to sell Rincon (the tin shed and all) to mates, rather than share holders by way of rights issue, im am sure most if not all would have taken up the rights issue to keep Rincon, if so our share value today could be $ 1.00 + who knows with the Lithium price at present i guess we should ask the board at the AGM what they think the share price would be today if they had hung on to Rincon...

But hey lets give them $ 80,000.00 worth of free shares for selling us all short, along with a pat on the back...!
