And interesting that most of these ' acquisitions ' have and probably will continue to be done with a significant script component , so it makes perfect sense to try and ratchet up your SP as much as you can in the lead up and anticipation of these so called ' Talks ' becoming a consummated deal.
Just look at the last 2 Ontario deals......potentially at least half or more was done or optioned with CRR script. So the higher it goes , the more bang for the buck they get .
And this together with Ahmad's 40 million 2.0 cents options converted in Oct / Nov for $800,000 would be the reasons I would think that a capital raise would not necessarily be required quite yet. Or at least not until they refresh their ASX capacity raising limits under appendix rules 7.1 and 7.1 A ....and because by my calcs they have issued through various raises since their last AGM of around 238,931,034 shares or 24.23% of the previous SOI of 985,900,858 as at 31st December 2020.
So that would mean that any Cap Raise would be more likely sprung around March / April with any so called ' substantial ' acquisition likely to include a period of Due Diligence until necessary capital can be raised or issued. So maybe another acquisition announced perhaps in early February with a D.D period , the Annual Report followed by the AGM resolutions and simultaneous C
apital Raise ( if necessary ) in the transaction terms. And of course all this is only a purely hypothetical timeline.
Meantime , we have a whole lot more going on with respects to our NSW ' Multi Mineral ' potential base metals project.........
