TBH the main reason was the whole market sentiment, but combined with what I see on a day to day basis at work, each project is a ticking time bomb if someone Fs up and breaks the bubble and gets infected. Not to mention logistics is just killing us. Especially for critical spares that are often located internationally. Being in the US, this might be less of an issue for them.
@geff ummmm what? So the value....the sale price as of today, just for the land....is worth 200 million? I somehow do not think that is correct. If you could just bank the value in the reserves with empty land, why are we spending 10 million per well?
