Smart money should've pushed this to 30c but Chariff gave them a backdoor entry off market in the last CR of $20m. Meanwhile, the company continues to look like a diamond in the rough and long term investors like myself are waiting for the next capitulation event.

I suspect unless news of the acqusition is announced it might take a while to get more insto money interested.

I'm expecting a mid cap investment mandate to swoop up DSE, pushing it to over 30c swiftly -just unsure if it's within 1 or 3 quarters without news of an acqusition.
