SilentPartnr - with Shell owning the gas, they would be the most obvious. Also, another farminee may be a little turned-off by the gas being owned by Shell, not to mention the 2021 drop-dead date!
Shell have only a certain amount of CAPEX each year to allocate on a World-wide basis. Would Crux make it in? Decision would be made elsewhere in the Shell world even though proposed from Australia. Very slow, devoid of information process...
