Zdx has announced they are merging with a Canadian company Olympus. Zdx should go for a run as the merger offer is at a premium.
The Amalgamation proposal represents a value of approximately A$0.129 per Zedex share, being a premium of 17.3% to Zedex's closing share price on ASX of A$0.11 on 10 November 2009 and 29.0% to the 30 day VWAP of Zedex shares prior to this announcement, valuing Zedex at A$37.1 million based on the closing price of Olympus on the TSX on 9 November 2009 of C$0.305.
