Gardie.....""MMX releasing info for benefit of major investors"...I'm not saying anything of the kind....Just think for a minute....Posco, Harbinger etc...have bought into MMX to the tune of perhaps $60 million plus.....Maybe these entity's (and others) had legal expert's of their own sitting in court every day, analising, reporting and formulating an independent opinion,... A trifling cost when 10's of millions at stake...Its business, big business...and it follows that if you knew someone who was in court every day, and who was independent, then you would get a fair idea of.... a/.What went on, and ... b/. What the likey outcome might be...
