non merchants are charged and by now all the high turnover non merchants must have been converted to merchants..either partnered or affiliated
Zip will do away with the charges before the regulation…lol
Without the charges survival would have been difficult like faced by others….strategy is a dynamic concept…it’s not static like your stupid brain
