I held PCL a few years back and they did a TH on a dry well in a scenario very similar to this, although that well was a pure wildcat whereas this is in a known producing area. Others do it too so its not uncommon; in fact they are obliged to if they aren't in a position to fully inform the market when they first become aware of the likely outcome. It could go either way - everything on this thread is pure speculation since there's not enough public information available to make a judgement either way..
