Will we see another Cap Raise before the 4C is out?, page-14

I fear cash burn will remain quite high, circa $6mil/qrt and given previous 'strategic cornerstone investors' didn't seem that strategic (selling down quickly to get their cash back), I'm wondering if some lessons make have been learned and an appropriate (IMHO) cash balance of =/> 1 year cash burn will now be maintained.

At last 4C from memory they held <1 qrt req cash, I appreciate that the options will bring in quite a bit of cash however past experience (selling divisions etc) big cash inflows seemed to get chewed up quickly.

I still firmly believe that a better approach (given they have the connections) is to present to a group of UHNW individuals and do small raises at a premium to current share price or do a massive raise (potentially at a slight discount) but with a solid plan to make that cash last until the company is cashflow positive.

I would have loved to see much earlier large cash injection to get patch business viable, ADAPT/CardioCel cash flows fund -> SAVR, SAVR cash flows fund -> TAVR

I still don't understand why CardioCel could not be priced much higher if the patches prevented several additional open heart surgeries (esp. in Neonates). I understand this is water under the bridge now however if the tech/material is that much better surely much higher prices were warranted?
