Yeah what the fuk! Trying to sneak this in behind the updated PFS? Not cool. At least we're not giving them a discount, hopefully it's be cause they know 1.40 will soon be seen as a pretty big discount in itself
But still, shouldn't need it to get to FID.
Maybe this is to start work on some bigger expansion planning?
