Despite the proviso that I know nothing about this market, it seems to me that 1. We already manufacture this device(s) 2. Ramping up production can't be that hard. 3. Mark up is very high. 4. Every doctor in this market worth his salt knows about AVR. 5. If we began to market in say New York alone it would be a big business. 6. Expansion, if all is as advertised, would be exponentially rapid, and could be done out of cash flow. I am wary of big shots who talk in millions in marketing costs. They are thinking of their pay in my view. I can't see the need. To digress a little I was concerned when we employed was it a director whose expertise was in M and A. Clearly they like doing what they are good at whether or not it is good for us. I think similarly about big shot marketing gurus. I am wary of anyone who breathes his own smoke. To wrap up, we can do this. Even if we sell out later we have at least established profitability . I would be very happy however to not pay tax on capital gains and live off the dividends Just dreaming here....
