The market doesn't really care about SRL atm. Not until we have a binding agreement with some serious partners and of course the finance. But then it will be too late to accumulate at these ridiculous levels.
Also, this announcement, like many others in the past, is written in a very non-promoting language. Many other companies would use those sort of news to pump the stock big time, but not SRL. Sam has said a few times in the past that he's not good at marketing. I don't really care, it's not his job to be, I trust his business acumen, industry knowledge, strategic thinking and patience.
