As a recent ex GXY/ORE/AKE employee, aside from the usual management banter during our monthly updates, I must say that Simon most definitely inspired confidence and trust.
The few occasions that I spoke with him, he is a genuine example of intelligence, knowledge and a wealth of experience...unlike most other upper management 'snakes in the grass,' I've had the displeasure of meeting. IMO good times ahead.
