Dual listing just means more people (i.e.everyone who has access to the German stock exchange) will be able to buy VUL shares. At the moment the potential shareholder base is limited to people with access to the ASX. The SP will remain the same at the time of listing. Given that AlsterResearch (who are based in Germany) keep putting out super positive reports about VUL ($40 mid 2023), my guess is we will see a lot of new shareholders coming in through the German exchange and driving the SP up. I think this year is going to be another fun VUL journey! What is "Brine Billionaires" in German?!?
