Bottom line , OVN was taken down from 0.095 to 0.077 in a day with light volume , also volume very light leading back to 0.095 ....Melvyn Bridges picked up 1.4 mill shares in October 2021 spending $155,000 ....Thorney topped up their initial holding 4 times by another 26.5 million shares in 2021 .. As far as I know institutional investors have not sold any OVN shares ....Let’s see how this plays out
