I rarely take issue with exec pay, but this is a huge jump - a whopping 50% increase from $22K per month to $33K per month. Annualised $400K p/a which I think is an absolutes monster salary for a micro cap if there are also shares/options in the remuneration package - which we know there are.
Maybe at $200 mill market cap, but not at $11 mill, and especially not when cash burn has been flagged as a concern and the boss needs to at least show some optics of being aware of that.
Having said that, I may be unaware of performance based elements that he has hit. The sale of the old CPT tools to AR9, the acquisitions… those things could have easily triggered some or all of the pay increase within a contract or agreement.
