Hi Steve,

I am a fan and love your work. Thanks to your presentations and great communication of the Lake project and advantages I have become a substantial holder.

There is only one query I have, which is;

Lilac can earn-in up to 25% of the Kachi project.
- Does this apply to the 25,500 tpa project alone or
also the 50,000 tpa upgraded project?
- Should Kachi expand further, does Lilac still get 25% of the expansion?
- The other three brine projects, what involvement/earn-in will Lilac have?

Hi,

Lilac can earn-in up to 25% of the Kachi project, regardless of the size.
They commit almost twice the equity amount for a larger development though.
This doesn’t apply to other projects.
