Today, Sundance has released the Notice of EGM (extraordinary general meeting) including further information (just a few but interesting).


Interesting extracts from the letter (Notice of EGM)...

> Page 4 (Background to Resolutions): "The Capital Raising Shares were placed with international in stitutional investors following a book build and offering process which took place during Nov 2009 and wichclosed on 6 Nov 2009."
Astonishing! The raised the $85M wihtin 6 days!

> Page 5 (Information Requirements, d): "None of the allottees were related parties od the Company."
So Talbot is not one the (secret) investors.

> Page 5 (Information Requirements, f): "the funds raised [...] will be used to undertake drilling to [...] achieving up to 10 years of DSO-quality production"
Not sure if this 10 years are new or has been expanded? Did they always mention 10 years of DSO production?
