Hi. I am not a gas engineer but am in the industry on the environmental side so come across the flaring question quite often. None of the new proposed projects I am working on or have worked on in recent years have proposed routine flaring (i.e. the world bank targets are fairly established with most operators working towards compliance). So I think all new projects will be non-routine flaring and many in the last decade or so area also non-flaring. Projects going past 2030 that do have routine flaring will be expected to comply by 2030, although i think these are becoming increasingly in the minority.
