seems some strange allocations happened? Level playing field?...lol...

I see some of the prior top 20 did not take up allocation at all, however others did.

I also see that some of the asian name holders seem to have been granted well in excess of what other holders got?
eg: 30/10/09 CHUA PHENG HONG held 256000, now holds over 5.0mil, YEO LEE LUANG held a mil and now holds 5.9odd mil. All this aditional stock was granted at .012cps.

Seems very strange imo?
