    Re your 'special ones', are you referencing preference?

    As I'm unfamiliar with the structure of this type of float, can preference shares be issued , post listing? CR??

    Is your reference to MLX itself or NiCo?
    ...and, how does one register as as a sophisticated investor (+$500k?) , In order to be eligible for the issue?
