Thanks tar&tin This is a great explanation with both points of view. I see founder capital costs at $900 and worth $1.8m at 20c/share. Seed capital costing $.24m and worth $.97m at 20c/share. Market cap of company $6m at 20c/share. High risk high return for both setup capital and participants in the IPO I guess.
