Also the acquisition of potential x at 19m issued shares at 30m plus cash to potential x holders.
This implies they got shares in BMT at 50c
ie: 19-4 ÷ 30= 0.5
I know 30m is only 9% but if the potential x holders have also been selling then that starts a potential cascade effect on the price? In summary this acquisition was dilutive and not sure if accretive as well.
Again happy to be proved wrong as I'm questioning my decision to hold.
