    Openpay will be swimming naked in 12 months.
    A company can't trade if they are insolvent.
    Looks like everyone is trying to salvage any investment they still have.

    Watch out for the quarterly and cash burn. Extrapolate the position and times by a factor of 1.5 and you'll know how long until lights are out.
