Agree, once the FFX/LLL Commercial agreement expires it would not surprise me to see FFX sell their 20% share to GF.
GF wants control of supply rather than operational responsibility. They could then use LLL to jointly acquire with LLL to manage acquisitions.
Depends on the success of this venture and the strength of the relationship they build.
