I think there is an opportunity for a question to be put to the board and a clarification provided. I wouldn't think it would be an issue.

As above - I think that the statement made in the "letter to shareholders" does not seem to be in accord with the accounts noted in the 2019 Annual Report. There might well be a simple explanation and this could be easily provided by the Board at the upcoming 'online meeting'.

Fairness demands that the question is asked and a response sought before any conclusions whatsoever are made.
