Red Baron calc is correct, ie $40m/1.18 bill SOI. Free LLL shares are based on your FFX holding. Your LLL entitlement is based on the number of free LLL shares you are issued.
FFX do not hold any of their own shares so they will not participate in the 'free shares' distribution.
FFX are just retaining a 20% interest in the company (LLL) they are spinning out. Therefore they will receive an entitlement to buy more just like us..
Q2 completion of the spin out is clever timing by FFX. Gold production will be ramping up from Q2 onwards underpinning the SP after the Lithium asset is gone.
Recent capital raises before the Lithium spin out will fund quicker gold production increases and discoveries/exploration. The spin out has been well timed.
