diluted capital raising for small holders, page-2

I guess that because I've paid up to 10.5cents for some of my holding they know that I'm not a 'sophisticated investor' and don't deserve to partake in the issue. I suspect they're probably correct. Anyway I'll not be voting for Item No.5 at the AGM (Issue of Shares to Placement Investors). Yes I know I'll be cutting off my nose to spite my face but then as we already know, I'm not sophisticated anyway.
