I'll admit it I did not know what geotechnical means so I looked it up. "Geotechnical investigations are performed by geotechnical engineers or engineering geologists toobtain information on the physical properties of soil earthworks and foundationsfor proposed structures and for the repair of distress to earthworks and structures caused by subsurface conditions." So it means some sort of subsurface shift causing subsidence or uplift. It will probably require some underpinning and if it needs a trading halt, it will most likely affect production. The repair will likely be costly, too. But the incident is not likely to be catastrophic. The report will tell us the new guidance.
