So new to this week was making no-bake protein bars. Still working out oats/milk ratio. And will try no-bake energy protein balls.
We usually get Atkins bars but they are devoured here so will try a few no-bake recipes.
Have asked hubby to cut back on his buying of spices. He is the spice king and bought some time ago in an op shop some of those pottery jars. So he'll have to grind or buy paper-packaged ones. No more plastic grinders. Buy bulk and save.
