All a bit disappointing (for the optimists amongst us) would be an understatement. But we were forewarned.
Was hoping agreement could have been reached amicably, or even by the threat of legal proceedings, but looks like Quasar can't see the arrogance of acting unilaterally and have to be challenged through the courts. Big sigh ... And what can we find that's good in this latest chapter? Well, we know its not a dispute involving native title holders and that's a good thing. And we know AGS are looking for damages and costs. What we don't know is if such a breach by Quasar would be grounds to rescind the JV contract (I wouldn't think so)..
Just ruminating as more than one and quarter million shares change hands (so far) today.
