    Buying AGS shares is now nothing more than a 50-50 bet on the outcome of the court battle about to unfold.

    if your going to bet on it wait until they are nearing an outcome (months from now)

    Just my opinion. There is no need to rush in and pick up a "bargain". They could fall more yet. Its a messy story now.
