I have an American friend working with me at the moment. He has a hous for sale in Monterey, California. It has bene on the market for about 2-3 weeks. Last weekend 120 people plus 7 agents went through the place.
Seems it is full steam ahead there.
By the way, they now need US$2.8 billion a day from the Japanese and Chinese to keep it all afloat in the US. That is up US$1 billion when I last looked.
