Nunavut is high risk in my opinion. Drilling season is only a few months - although winter drilling does take place - , expensive mobilization as everything is flown in - likely from Yellowknife. No access roads. Permafrost. So drill programs are expensive especially in a market where diamond drills are booked for up to a year in advance. Then you have the social issues - land claims, environmental regulations etc.
