60 posts in the thread, and about half a dozen requests from LongNWrong for actual examples where the OM report contained lies to the detriment of ISX's shareholders etc, and no substantive responses have been provided by the cheerleaders..

not surprising I guess.. ISX as a company's main (only?) business activity these days is participating in litigation, so it may as well go ahead and launch an action against OM, be interesting to read the statement of claim, see the legal basis claimed, the remedies sought etc
