As a recent example, LKE announced a bonus option in late July 21 when their share price was 40c. The strike price of the bonus option was 35c. If shareholders exercised the 35c option prior to 15 October 21 they received a second bonus option with a 75c strike price.
LKE raised circa $38 million from the 35c options and the LKE share price is now $1.00.
So not only did shareholders made a significant return on the first bonus option, the second series with a 75c strike are now 25c in the money. Unbelievable and let’s hope IHL do something similar.
As always, IMO it’s the patient and loyal shareholders who will continue to reap the rewards with IHL.
