P.S. dexamethasone is the most commonly used as it’s delivery is the easiest, corticosteroids are interchangeably used in many instances. Pulse Methylprednisolone for sure is a more powerful steroid but there are downsides to its use, including the need for IV delivery, more undesirable side effects.
