The 100nM used in the French T2D experiment is equivalent to about 0.9 mg/m2 in an adult patient.
i.e. less than 1/250 of a normal chemotherapy dose.
Which is a tiny dose and very unlikely to have any adverse side effects unless maybe if it's continued for a long period.
