Ann: Buffalo-10 Drilling Update, page-145

I have been looking for the spudding of the Dancer 1 well, which is using the same rig that is proposed for Apus. The well was indicated as taking a minimum of thirty days, possibly longer depending upon weather, drilling problems, etc. So when did it spud and how long will it take to travel to the location proposed for Apus? Like other contributors, I can’t see the same problems
as Buffalo, as my dark arts indicate similar structure and stratigraphic sequence on the other side of the Dorado canyon to Dorado 1. IMHO I will put in my five cents worth on the SP
around 37-40cps, prior to drilling the expected top of the stratigraphic sequence. Apus appears to be a much better bet
than Buffalo and a much less complex structure making seismic guesses much more likely.
