Got the first estimate for ducted RC air con, $8400 inc. Pretty much what I expected and I would had over the money now to have it install now LOL
Interesting this guy is recommending a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Industries air con, little bit of research and I find out they are a different company to Mitsubishi who also make Air con. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries are apparently more expensive but more efficient and longer life than most others.
Still a bit in the dark about the zoning controls, there are lots of different ones. Any way now I have a ball park I will get a number of companies in to do on site inspection and full quote.
