Relocation has affected many migrants. Many British migrants were forcibly removed from their families and sent to Australia only to be used and abused in children's homes. Many have suffered terribly and taken their lives, and most have received little or no compensation for a lifetime of problems, stemming from childhood abuse. My case is slightly different, but I was still transported to a country against my will and suffered the consequences . I am certainly not wealthy. I have enough money to survive in relative comfort, but that is because I have chosen to continue working against health advice from doctors because I didn't want to end up penniless.

My point is we throw billions and billions to people who largely don't want to help themselves, yet there are genuine people who don't want handouts, but need a little assistance in other ways to get through and there is nothing, nadda, zip.
If I had been of darker skin, I could have sat around drinking all day and got the dole.

As far as menial graft goes, absolutely I have done menial graft all my life. Never been lucky enough to get an education. I tried to get on an apprenticeship, or traineeship scheme at age 31 and was told you don't qualify because you are too old. The schemes were to give young people a leg up. I tried to get assistance to find a job that helps people with mental health issues, I tried to get some assistance for mental health issues and was told I don't qualify because my wife was working. So I was forced to keep working or live on or close to the poverty line...

Yet people who were living off the land , suddenly have found a better way to get food than chase down a kangaroo, white fella money.
