so good luck everyone and we will find out tommorrow...be with the market...

my feeling toward this is both parties are not happy with the award. so it might be not only out of bbp's expectation but also the NWS's expection too. the latter one is good for bbp as long as it it not too far from its expections.

but i have been wrong many times...so let's see what happen tommorrow.
