Isn't the whole idea of nominee companies there to protect the identity in the short term of who the real holders are?
So how this person from another forum knows they are being voted as NO beats me. They could just as easily be voting YES.
And if they have the numbers already, why let it out in the press that there are other options.
And the 75% vote absolutely most definitely only concerns those votes voted at the meeting. From clause 6.3 in the propsectus:
"All EPS resolutions are proposed as special resolutions, requiring approval by at least 75% of the votes cast by EPS holders present and entitled to vote at the meeting".
Nice try again on the "75% of all BEPPA need to approve the resolution". Give it up.
