The story seems to get more complicated as I research the directors on the Image website. There are six:

Robert Besley (Chairman) - trying to replace
Patrick Mutz (MD) - trying to replace
Chong Veoy (Aaron) Soo
Peter Thomas
Chaodian Chen - trying to replace
Huang Cheng Li (Vestpro)

Murray Zircon aren’t trying to replace Huang Cheng Li, and one expects they are hoping to get Vestpro onboard if they have any hope of getting their resolution up. For what it’s worth, Huang Cheng Li is a Taiwanese investor with Hong Kong links - not sure how that would affect things. However, what is really strange is the Chaoian Chen has a long history with Murray Zircon (former Chairman) and I’d normally assume him to be their nominated person on the Image board. Can’t work out why they would try to be replacing him? The remaining board members don’t otherwise appear to have links with Murray Zircon or China Inc.
